Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Due to the sterile nature of many of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened packages, used items, or products where the sterile seal has been broken or compromised, unless the item is faulty or was supplied in error.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the request.
Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Fast Delivery
Orders placed and confirmed by 3:00 PM will be dispatched by Royal Mail the following day (for UK orders). For international shipments, please contact us for more details on delivery options and times.
